The SSP Territorial Battles on Mars
It started off all fun and games, on Mars that is. Here we were some of the very first Nacht Waffen cadets tasked with clearing a portion of Mars for Colonization by off-world Germans. This group could be considered part of the Nacht Waffen Expeditionary Force. During this time square footage inside the airframes was greatly coveted. This required a strategy of the off world Germans to need build super weapons to take territory.
Tanks were heavy, bombs were destructive, and Mars was a long way away. Upon consideration, the options became limited to the soldier being the only viable solution. We needed ships to grow an army. We needed a portion of Mars to mine the resources needed to make ships. There were not many options. So the human being themselves became the focus of development and experimentation.
We can see segmental evidence of this in many leaked government experiments. Project MindControlU (known by another name), Philidelphia Experiment, and Project Montauk. Among countless others, I have forgotten.
Remember that the Germans came to the United States with Project PaperClip. German Scientists were given the ultimatum to work in the US or else.
Nazis left WW2 in U-boats and colonized Argentina and the Antarctic. Here they began to develop their nonconventional spacecraft. These non-conventional spacecraft came about by aligning with psychopathic ET races who regularly required repayments for providing such technical expertise.
These spacecraft took us to the moon. Where a base of operations was established, this was long before my time and experiences that I recall from there. This was the launchpad from which the group of cadets I was part of was martially prepared and then sent to a small Mars forward operating base to begin our final training and mission readiness operations.
If this could be compared to anything it would been a Wild West town that housed a garrison and had regular visitors from other nations.
The group I was part of was a mix of guys and girls. We would often be sent out to investigate locations of suspicious activity. The times we were not activated for such duties we were busy doing business in the colony to help bolster the economy. Our equipment was subpar and much of it was surplus WW2 weapons even the uniform outfits were not much more than silicon-sealed canvas (we quickly modified and upgraded on a near-daily basis). The good thing for us is that this area of colonization was not very active with native species. I currently think this was the early days of the colony Aries Prime. This area was full of resources and the geological tunneling was not very extensive. The established species on Mars are highly dependent upon cave megastructures in which to navigate and survive the harsh Mars landscape.
It was during this forming period that we were being prepared to be time-traveled back to WW2 and help the Nazis win WW2. By doing so an alternative timeline was created where the Germans and the Japanese won the war and rapidly began to build fleets of ships to go out to explore and colonize the galaxy.
That timeline became disconnected from this timeline where the Nazi Germans rather than openly control the world, instead went behind the curtain of the Federal Government while infiltrating the Defense Industry Corporations.

After that time in WW2, the territorial expansion on Mars took on a whole new light. It no longer was desirable to maintain a small outpost when the full militarization of the planet was now within reach. When we came back to the surface and began to expand outward eventually we began to push into areas where they had cave systems. Many of these cave systems became converted into bunkers and living quarters. With the caves came the arthropods(insects), before this time we would come upon them randomly and they were all but defenseless, mostly… Suddenly though they began to gather in force. Early on they would climb over the colony walls and readily dispatch any human out of cover. It was at this point in time that we went to a total war footing with them. We were going to clean them out of the caves and we did. This cave system was close to our colony and near 200-300 square miles in expanse. It took a lot of time and a lot of sleepless nights to complete this. After we cleaned portions of the caves we would weld giant steel gates into the cave holes to block out easy access. It would have been more conducive to let off really big bombs in there. The powers that be were willing to spend the time and personnel to take them intact. As long as they may be…
